1. INTRODUCTION
- These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of AVELL products through the website www.avellstore.com
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
a) – “AVELL” – The products sold on this website;
b) – “User” – Any individual, not a merchant, who places an order through the website www.avellstore.com;
- Use of the website www.avellstore.com and purchase of AVELL products presupposes the User's knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE
- To place an order, the User may register in advance by filling in the fields on the form on the website www.avellstore.com. It is also possible to place an order without prior registration.
- From the moment you access your personal account, you are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. AVELL PRODUCTS
- Information about product characteristics can be found at www.avellstore.com and in the information text that accompanies each product;
- AVELL reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, prices, product offerings, promotions, and commercial conditions presented on the website www.avellstore.com.
4. PLACING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
- To place an order on www.avellstore.com, the User must have an email account in order to receive confirmation emails and track the delivery process;
– The User may purchase products online, for which it is necessary to:
a) Find the product(s) you wish to purchase;
b) Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;
c) Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into the AVELL database
under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, including the “Name,” “Delivery Address,” “Billing Address,”
“Payment Method,” and “Phone Number”;
d) Review your order and confirm the request;
- The User will receive an order confirmation email with the details of the payment method selected.
- Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator (carrier) to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process.
- By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.avellstore.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.
- AVELL reserves the right not to accept and to cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website;
c) Payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is incorrect or unverifiable;
e) There is an error in the price quotation;
f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.
5. PRICES
The prices of the products displayed on the website www.avellstore.com include Value Added Tax (VAT).
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), with the option of viewing them in other currencies. The prices of the products displayed on the website are subject to change. AVELL reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
If there is an error in the price of the products ordered, AVELL or the User may cancel the order until it is shipped.
The total price specified at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Switzerland) and shipping costs.
The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
The User may pay for their purchases using the payment methods available on the website www.avellstore.com.
AVELL does not accept any other payment methods other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any other means not listed in the specified payment methods. If they do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise from this.
7. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping to Switzerland is free for orders over 150CHF; orders with a value of less than 150 CHF are subject to a shipping charge.
Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world is subject to a charge (the options appear at checkout).
8. DELIVERY
AVELL ships the product(s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.
Delivery times in Switzerland vary from 1 to 5 business days, in Europe
they vary from 3 to 10 business days, and in the case of shipments to the Rest of the
World, they vary from 5 to 20 business days.
AVELL's ability to respond within these deadlines varies depending on stock availability.
Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging to check for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned.

If the User wishes to cancel the order, they will be provided with a promotional voucher for the amount spent on the previous order, in order to settle the same or the refund itself.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to customerservice.avell@gmail.com informing us of the situation. After this period, AVELL cannot be held responsible for the
loss of the order.
Delivery is considered complete upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
9. RETURNS
AVELL accepts returns if:
a) The product(s) does not match what was seen in the photo;
b) The product(s) is defective.
c) The customer has changed their mind about the purchase, requested a return, and sent the
product back within a maximum of 15 days after receipt.
If the product ordered is defective or otherwise non-compliant, the User may choose to:
a) return the product;
b) exchange it for another (if there is a difference in price, this amount must be paid).
As soon as the User finds a defect or other non-conformity in the product, they must notify us by email at customerservice.avell@gmail.com, sending supporting photographs.
As soon as we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the problem by mutual agreement.
Once we have received the product for return (it must be returned to our address and not to a collection point), AVELL will analyze and confirm the condition of the order and, where applicable, will refund the amounts paid by the User for the order, via a promotional voucher that can be used for 1 year, or we will issue a refund using the same payment method used by the customer.
10. EXCHANGES
The User may request an exchange up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt of the order, i.e., the exchange must arrive at our address within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the order and provided that:
a) The product(s) has/have not been used, altered, washed, odored, or in any way damaged by misuse;
b) The product(s) retains/retain its/their original characteristics and inner labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned, respectively, box and wrapping paper.
The costs of returning the order are borne by the customer. The cost of the second shipment is covered by AVELL.
If the items to be exchanged show signs of use, AVELL reserves the right not to accept the exchange.
AVELL exchanges products for models different from the original order, but AVELL is not responsible for the shipping costs for the return, nor for any difference in value between the returned product and the one chosen as an exchange.
11. QUALITY
AVELL does not sell second-hand, defective, or substandard products below market standards. The main characteristics of each product shown on www.avellstore.com can be found on each product page

12. COMPLAINTS
With a view to continuously improving the services provided, AVELL will seek to respond to and resolve complaints submitted by the User within five (5) business days via email at customerservice.avell@gmail.com.
13. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AVELL does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.avellstore.com, or any of its features, and it may be suspended for maintenance, repair, or updates.
AVELL shall also not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from situations of force majeure that prevent AVELL, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely strikes, power failures, failures in telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or carriers, changes in legislation or administrative regulations, and pandemics.
AVELL is not responsible for any misuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.
14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AVELL reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the changes being considered effective and Users notified by publication of the modified Terms and Conditions on the website www.avellstore.com.
15. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Please read our Privacy Policy so that you are aware of the rules and procedures adopted by AVELL with regard tothe processing of data collected when you browse the website
www.avellstore.com and when you use the features offered by it, as well as the applicable security and confidentiality measures.
16. PROOF AND ARCHIVING
The computer records, kept by AVELL under secure conditions, are considered as proof of communications, orders, and payments made between AVELL and the User.
17. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with them, including their validity, the use of the website, or any purchase made on it, shall be governed by Swiss law.
18. VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONS
The offers on the website are valid only for the time they are displayed on the website, unless otherwise stated on the website.
