2- In which countries can I buy online?
We ship worldwide. Shipping in Switzerland and Portugal is free for purchases over 150 Swiss francs/euros. For all other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We guarantee the shipment of your order until its arrival in the respective destination country. We are exempt from any responsibility for any customs fees and product entry restrictions in force in some destinations.

3- The item I wanted is out of stock. Will there be any restocking?
If the item/size you are looking for is out of stock, please leave your email address. If there is a restocking, you will receive a notification via email.


Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

Shipping
Our orders are shipped in Switzerland and the rest of the world by Swiss Post, except for orders destined for Portugal, which will be distributed by FEMA.
After payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. At that point, the order will begin to be processed and will be shipped in the following days. As we are still a small company, this may take a few days, so we ask for your patience, but we promise that the wait will be worth it.
As soon as the carrier picks up the order, you will receive a notification via email.

Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges/returns of items within a maximum period of 15 days, provided that the item is delivered in perfect condition, in the same way it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, fabric and paper labels, packaging, and any other items that are part of the shipment.
We do not accept exchanges/returns of items that have been altered, washed, worn, have odors, or are in any way damaged due to misuse.
For online purchases, if you wish to make an exchange, as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality control, we will contact you via email to inform you if the item you have chosen for exchange is available. If so, we will send you our account number to pay the difference in value between items (if necessary) or we will refund the difference using the same payment method. Once we receive proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address you previously provided. The cost of this second shipment is covered by Avell.
In the case of a return, once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality control, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

 

How to make exchanges or returns online:

- Fill out our form on the website and indicate the order number and describe in the message which item you want to return and, in case of an exchange, which item you want to exchange and for which item.
- Once our team has approved your request, you will receive an email with the address to which you must send the item back. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return/exchange to our warehouse.
