RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. We accept exchanges/returns of items within a maximum period of 15 days, provided that the item is delivered in perfect condition, in the same condition as it was sold and accompanied by fabric and paper labels, packaging, and any other items that were part of the shipment.
2. We do not accept exchanges/returns of items that have been altered, washed, worn, have odors, or are in any way damaged due to misuse.
3. For online purchases, if you wish to make an exchange, as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality control, we will contact you via email to inform you if the item you have chosen for exchange is available. If so, we will send you our account number to pay the difference in value between items (if necessary) or we will refund the difference using the same payment method. Once we receive proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address you previously provided. The cost of this second shipment is covered by Avell.
4. In case of item return, once it arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality control, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
5. How to make exchanges or returns online:
- Fill out our form on the website and indicate the order number and describe in the message which item you want to return and, in case of an exchange, which item you want to exchange and for which item.
- Once our team has approved your request, you will receive an email with the address to which you must send the item back. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return/exchange to our warehouse.
